It's fun! Just fill your online "shopping basket" and pay by credit card. Most orders placed by 5 p.m. MST Sunday through Thursday will be shipped from our warehouse by 5 p.m. the next day. Weekend and holiday orders will be shipped the next business day. Back Orders and Out of Stocks
If you order something that is back ordered or out of stock, we'll email you and let you know when you can expect it. Although we strive to remain fully stocked on all of our listed items, occassionally supply and demand will create an "out of stock" situation. If an order is processed for a regularly stocked item that is not currently available, the price of the item will show as $0.00, and the customer will not be charged for the item. ($0.00 is NOT the advertised price of the item.) We will email the customer, and provide information as to the price and ship date for out of stock items.

Shipping and Handling
Most Orders placed prior to 5 PM MST Sunday through Thursday will be shipped from our warehouse by 5 PM the next day. Expedited or overnight packages will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Most orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Overnight and expedited deliveries are applicable only where available. At this time we can only ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
International Customers: By clicking the submit button for your order, you agree to pay your country's duties and tarifs upon arrival of your package. Also additional Shipping charges may need to be added to you order to send your package to you. We will adjust the shipping charges after your order has been sent. Since we send packages all over the world now, we try to save you as much cost as possible. These charges will be added in addition to the shipping and handling costs. Exchange Policy
Product purchases may be exchanged only. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if received in unworn, undamaged and saleable condition. We do not offer refunds for returned merchandise, however our courteous and competent customer service staff is always available to help you find the perfect product to suit your special needs.
Wigs, Theatrical items and Makeup must be received in original packaging, with all tags still attached. There will be a $10 restocking fee on wigs and theatrical items. No returns will be accepted on sale items. No returns will be accepted on special order items. No returns will be accepted on seasonal items. Before returning your item for exchange, you must request a "return authorization number" via e-mail from customerservice@gotbeauty.com. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 P.M. Mountain time. Your request must include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and a description of the item you are returning. Please include a brief explanation for your return. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be enclosed with the item upon return. You will need to provide us with your choice of exchange/add-on at the time you request the return authorization number, so that we may send your new product as quickly as possible. Authorized returns to gotbeauty.com must be shipped freight prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused. gotbeauty.com will accept no handling charges. gotbeauty.com must receive all returns within 14 days from date of receipt. Where returns are accepted for product defect, gotbeauty.com will reship the same style and color product at no cost, with prepaid freight. Any freight reimbursement will be based on the least expensive method of shipment. As previously stated, a return authorization number is required.
