Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING* on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). *Continental US only. For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for UPS Ground or $6.95 for USPS Priority. Our standard shipping option is UPS Ground. Orders over $50 always ship for free—no promotion code needed.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding United States Federal Holidays. *Expedited shipping orders must be placed before 12:00 noon Mountain Standard Time in order to be shipped the same day.

Processing Time: Orders received Monday-Friday are generally shipped out the same day or the next business day. On the occasion that an item is out of stock we will contact customers via email to determine if they want to hold or cancel the order.

**International Customers: We happily ship orders worldwide. If you are placing your order outside the United States, please choose International Shipping. We will calculate shipping and handling and contact you with your adjusted total. Once you approve the total, we will ship your order within 1 business day. By clicking the submit button for your order, you agree to pay your country's duties and tarifs upon arrival of your package. Also additional Shipping charges may need to be added to you order to send your package to you. Be sure you are aware of your country's policies as cancellation of your order upon arrival will make you liable for shipping charges both ways.

Hazardous Materials: Certain items considered Hazardous Materials including aerosols, some alcohol-based items, items containing contents under pressure (some hairsprays and nail polish) can only be shipped via ground transportation as per the U.S. Department of Transportation. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. These items can only be shipped within the continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

Returns & Exchanges

Your 100% satisfaction is always's ultimate goal. You may return any items purchased online as long as it meets the following requirements.


    • All items must be returned to within 30 days of your original receipt.
    • We do not return items that have been opened or used unless the product is defective or does not meet our online color guarantee for makeup.
    • Some items are final sale including: sale items, brushes, wigs and costumes.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: strives to always ship the highest level quality product correctly and efficiently, however, if there is a problem with your order please begin by contacting Customer Care immediately. For any problem with your order please email: Please include your order ID, name, phone number and a description of the issue with your order. Our customer care department will respond as quickly as possible to help resolve the problem. Please do not discard any part of your order unless you are directed to do so by our customer service department.

Return shipping and processing: The box your order arrived in should be sufficient to ensure that your return items are safely shipped back to our warehouse. Please pack your return shipment so that all items sit securely in place and are protected by packing paper or bubble wrap.

In the case that your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet our color guarantee) your return shipping will be free of charge. All other returns will result in a $4.99 postage fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund or credit being applied to your account for the returned items. Once we receive your return, we will inspect all merchandise to ensure that it meets the above qualifications for return. A refund or credit will be issued to your account within 30 days and we will send you an email confirmation with your transaction information.
