What is a One Day Web Sale?
It's a special sale event where we markdown full-price and sale items especially for online customers. Please note that regular pricing returns once the sale has ended.
How long will it take for my order to process?
Due to a high volume of orders, it can take up to 72 hours for your items to process and ship. It may take longer if your account is on credit hold for review. I noticed a charge on my card, but my order did not go through, what should I do?
We will not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped. You may see an authorization hold from us when you place an order. If your order does not get processed or is canceled, the authorization hold will disappear in 5 to 7 days.
How much is shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50 within the Continental United States. Enjoy a flat rate of $6.95 to all 50 states for orders under $50. For orders outside the US please see our international shipping policy.
Can you ship internationally?
Our one day sale does apply to international orders, lucky for you! Unfortunately, we only offer free shipping to the United States at this time. Please see international shipping for more information on how shipping is calculated outside the United States.
What is your return policy on 1 Day Sale Items?
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com, 801-746-0303 or 1-800-279-2128 and we will be happy to assist you.
